Benjamin Riddle
Benjamin is a Senior Consultant with over 20 years of focus in the areas of Diversity, Inclusive Leadership and High Performance. His experience facilitating groups through sensitive and transformative subjects has proven successful in creating a safe environment and inspiring individuals to explore the dynamics of diversity and inclusion in their leadership responsibilities and roles.
Benjamin’s life journey has been diverse, which enables him to relate to the variety of people in his workshops. He is a graduate of one of USA’s top military schools, a former cleric, a builder leading volunteers in home construction for Habitat for Humanity, the executive of a non-profit, a marine industry entrepreneur and an owner of retail businesses. He is actively involved with Environmental Protection groups as a result of being a lifelong sailor. Benjamin uses these varied experiences to share stories and examples that resonate and engage with those in his training courses.
An avid sailor since he was 7 years old, his first sailboat was a used little wooden dinghy called a "pram" that his father painted green and we named it "pickle." Recently, Eric lived on his sailboat and solo sailed for 9 years. He now lives in South Florida and aside from work with Impact, he has a yacht repair business.
