Stephanie is an organizational psychologist trained in change management, group relations, and executive coaching. She has more than eight years of research experience in workplace DEI, and three years of OD experience identifying process improvements and uncovering unmet stakeholder needs through community listening and feedback techniques.

Her areas of specialization include team dynamics, cultural intelligence, mixed-race identity and multiculturalism, process consultation, and qualitative research methods.

Stephanie is originally from the DC area and lived in NYC for several years. She currently lives in Fort Collins, Colorado where she enjoys exploring new areas and foods, and volunteering at her local animal shelter.
